Tilenga's tight drilling programme required wellhead equipment deliveries synchronised to well construction schedules across three active drilling rigs. Any supply delay directly impacted rig day-rates of $80,000–$120,000/day.
BKI managed the full supply chain: OEM vendor qualification, order tracking, expediting, export documentation, Uganda Revenue Authority duty management, and rig-site delivery coordination. Safety critical items were managed under a dedicated inspection and certification regime.
